Snow White and The Huntsman (provisório)

Coming back from another hard day. Life wasn't easy for anyonet those days, why should be different with him? Of course, his parents were dead since he was 10. And he almost starved to death before learning to steal onm the streets. Not that the people of the village had anything worthy stealing. But when you're hungry, anything goes.

Life was hard for everyone. He was 13-years-old when the blacksmith took him as apprentice. At 18, the food the old men used to give him, twice a day, and all the effort of hammering metals all day had given him a big, impressive frame. The blacksmith's wife used to say that he could be even a handsome man, if he wasn't almost completely covered in soot all the time. But all good things has come to an end. The blacksmith send him away without further explanation.

A small cabin in the woods, abandoned and full of gutters became his new home. He learned how to hunt by himself, this time. It was learning or dying of starvation. Then, he became a huntsman. And now, at 25, he was making the same old and familiar way to the secluded cabin in the woods. His home for the past 7 years.

A small noise came from the river. A cry, maybe? He frowned. Usually no one else but him came this far into the forest. Not alone, at least. He appoached carefully, attertive to any other sound, not making any himself.

He saw a a girl. Dragging herself away from the river, small cuts over her face, hands hurt and bloody. She looked really tired, almost fainting, but she didn't stop. She could be running away from devil himself due the terrified look on her face. He was intrigued: she was too far into the woods, probably got lost in their running and... didn't stop.

Before he could decide if he should help her or not, exhaustion finally defeated her. He could have walked away, back to his cabin, but she could die alone in the forest. It was almost night and the wolves always ran though that area.

He picked her up - she was light as a feather - and tooke her home. Put her in his bed (the only bed in the house) and sat on a chair. She should wake up by morning. She had to.
